Weekend Recipe 01


I thought i will not have the time to cook for my family this weekend because we have get together at Eryne's house and They requested me cook baked mac and roasted chicken. Weekend for me is very very busy, i have to be a full time mommy plus wife. But then when we went to Park N' Shop saturday morning, i cant help not to buy ingredients. That is how much i love cooking. It brings out creativity in me ( somehow. haha )



Anyway, here's what i prepared last weekend.

Stir Fry Fusilli with Pork and Ham














Ingredients

1 Fusilli

Ham

Pork ( cut it into slices)

Ground Pepper

Vegetable oil ( i used vegetable oil

Onion

Garlic

Bell Pepper

Salt



Directions



Bring a large pot of lightly salted water and oil to a boil.

Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or if you think the fusilli is cooked enough

In a different pan, stir the garlic and when the garlic becomes brownish add the pork
After few minutes add the sliced ham. Then Add the sliced onions. Add pepper and salt. Then after mixing and stiring it, add the fusilli pasta. Then the Bell Pepper. Cooked it about 10 minutes. Do not overcooked

Honey Glazed Bbq chicken

Chicken Wings
Sweet Soysauce
Brown Sugar
Pepper
Lemon
Honey

Make marinate sauce first,combine sweet soysauce,lemon, brown sugar and put the chicken wings. Marinate it for 3 hrs or longer ( the longer the better ) Then bring the marinated chicken to boil. Boil it in medium fire for 10 mins. Then set aside the chicken from the sauce. Dont throw the sauce yet. Put the chicken into alimunium container,baked it for 10 mins with 120C. Spread some honey and the sweet sauce from time to time.

  1. Hey Mommy She ! You can buy those potsticker wrappers at the wet market :D Just check the ones who are selling fresh noodles er they're selling dried as well lol Very cheap lang naman , about $5 -6./pound , mga 25-30 pieces ata yun .....
